For single-user licenses and subscriptions, JMP requires activation (license authentication using a serial number) after installation. By default, there is a limit to the number of times you can activate the software, so if you install the software on multiple computers, you may encounter this error.

Once we have confirmed that you are the only user, we will change the settings to allow for new activation.
