What inspired this wish list request?
Besides text import ( ) the text export from JMP is quite restricted compared other programs like Cornerstone and Python.
What is the improvement you would like to see?
Please scan the options which are available in Python for text export and add the most useful ones.
e.g.
- specify field delimiter: .. or via GUI.
- specify decimal separator
- export with and without header
- option: quote strings
...
Why is this idea important?
reduce the gap to other software.
