Don't make me get SPSS - include an ANOVA with a correction for unequal variances (not to test IF there are unequal variances but to actually run the ANOVA when they ARE unequal variances)
When you hit the Unequal Variances tab you do end up with the Welch's Test along with it. I feel like that should meet your need.
