Text to Columns

What inspired this wish list request? 

Accessing the Text to Columns utility from the main Cols menu is cumbersome and inefficient.

What is the improvement you would like to see? 

Enable Text to Columns Utility to be accessed by riht-clicking the column and from the Column manager. Potentially also allow the utility to be simultaneously operated on multiple columns.

Why is this idea important? 

Increased efficiency and ease of use.

when I split a vector into multiple columns via

JMP generates formulas.

When I split a string into multiple columns, via

JMP just stores the values - without a formula : (
-> please add a formula! (either by default, as an option in the menu - or via the preferences)

If you use Text to Columns multiple times a day, you might add it to a Toolbar - or even assign a Keybord shortcut?
