Text Explorer group phrases

When using Text Explorer, I would like to group similar phrases together.  We can already recode terms, but that ability is not available for the phrases.  An example would be to group "car battery" and "battery - car" together as similar phrases.

This would be helpful for the later clustering analysis later.

there appears to be a few step process to complete this, where i would need to save the multiple phrases as phrases, then i can recode them once they are saved.  This was not intuitive and it would still be good to be able the group phrases together.
