What inspired this wish list request?
Surface Profilers have no extrapolation control and can show regions that may not be relevant which can cause confusion and/or misinterpretation of the model surface.
What is the improvement you would like to see?
Enable extrapolation control so that the surface gets cut off and doesn't misrepresent the design space.
Why is this idea important?
Surface plots are an amazing way to bring a model to life for stakeholders, but they can be misleading if they show extreme corners or regions where there was no data (for constrained or observational data, etc.).
