What inspired this wish list request?
We like to use studentized residuals to determine if we have outliers. We have realized that the studentized residuals when running Std Least Square model are not adjusted for the random effects. We emailed help and they showed us the Conditional Residuals Plot under the mixed model option. However, we still have to save teh column to calculate the studentized residuals.
What is the improvement you would like to see?
An option to easy way to plot the Studentized Conditional Residuals. It would be great if could have dotted lines showing at 3.0 or 3.25 like was recently added on the Studentized Residual Plot.
Why is this idea important?
Right now it is very hard to plot studentized residuals by predicted. Our random effects can be large. Looking at Studentized Residuals that are not adjusted for the random effects is not helpful when random effects are in the model. It will make the workflow much easier to easily determine if outliers are present. I prefer using Studentized Residuals to determine outliers since it is a concept easier for students to understand.
