Show excluded data in Fit Curve and Non-linear Platform

Currently both the Fit Curve and Nonlinear Platforms never show excluded data.
This behavior is independent of whether the data is excluded by row or data filter.

This makes it harder to evaluate models.

It's not possible to compare estimates to non-training data directly in the platforms.

This behavior is also inconsisten with behavoir in other platforms, where excluded data can be shown, for example the fit model platform:
