What inspired this wish list request?
Besides built-in markers, a user can also pick a custom character which is used as marker:
Very cool: special characters for pass and fail
Unfortunately, the user has to find the right character themselves.
again and again ...
What is the improvement you would like to see?
- Provide a history with characters which were used before.
- provide a list with cool templates: ✗, ✔, ©, ↯, ◉ , ①,②,③ ...
Why is this idea important?
The 'custom marker' functionality is very useful.
I imagine only a few JMP users in the world use the feature, purely because of how long it takes to find a suitable custom character.
Facilitating the selection will allow more users to use the functionality.
