Reference Line Column in Axis Settings

As I annotate processes, I like to have the option to use a column as my Reference Line Labels in the axis menu.

Furthermore..

At the moment it is not possible to have several times the same Label for reference lines like
„Temp.Issue“ and „Temp.Issue“ and so on for an reoccurring event .
Therefore a rename is necessary towards „Temp.Issue 1“ and „Temp.Issue 2“ ... 
This topic should be solved as well.

It was addressed and solved in a jsl way but the proposal i think is more comfortable -

Can you please separate this request into another Wish List entry? That way we can track the two items separately as they would be separate efforts.
