What is the improvement you would like to see? Add additional customization options for SPC run rules to allow one-sided application of the test. Examples: Test 1 only flag points beyond 3sd ABOVE the centerline, Test 2 have option to only flag point 8 or 9 in a row when all ABOVE center point. Ignore when run is below centerline.
Why is this idea important? Would greatly improve usability of certain KPI charts. We have some one-sided specs or processes for negative populations and are only interested in elevated results. The flags become nuances flags that we "write off" but still appear on our charts and generate questions
