The food industry relies heavily on a program called Genesis by ESHA on calculating nutritional information for food products. This is the breakdown that goes on the label on the packaging of food products - Fats, Carbs, Sodium etc. The program has a database of nutritional values for different food ingredients. These ingredients can then be combined to create "recipes". If JMP could develop a similar module, I would definitely give it a try.
