Nest Local Data Filter under same outline box as report

What inspired this wish list request? 

I frequently right click the gray triangle > Edit > Copy picture to export report images. When I use a local data filter, I need to use a screenshot to capture the LDF.

What is the improvement you would like to see? 

When adding a LDF, nest it under a new outline box with the original report.

Why is this idea important? 

Easier to export graphics without screenshots and ensure that the filtering options are recorded as well.

I don't think the current behavior of local data filters should be changed (maybe it could be a preference which is by default off?). Selection tool makes this already quite easy. With selection tool select both outline boxes

right click and select copy
