Log Scale for Control Chart Builder

What inspired this wish list request? For certain control charts, the data may be better displayed on a log scale rather than the default linear scale. Hence, consumption of the chart is not ideal in these cases.

What is the improvement you would like to see? When double-clicking in CCB, having the option to change the Scale Type to the preferred option is desired. Currently this option is disabled and requires saving the default script and adding JSL to make it work. In the Adverse Reactions data set, the default scale will render the image below:

The chart above may be the desired chart in many cases as if there are any patterns happening in the 1-10 range, it is much clearer to see with this view. Having the flexibility for the desired view is a good benefit.

Why is this idea important?  Certain data streams are known to be skewed, such as the Rare Event charts, so visually they will look nicer on the log scale in those situations. Other control charts such as Multivariate control charts for T^2 allow the log scale.

Previous mentions of this in the past did not get much traction (Logarithmic y-axis for control charts - JMP User Community) so I was encouraged by JMP Support to create a new entry.
