What inspired this wish list request?
I've noticed that once you exit JMP, the Log file is cleared. Even if I work in JMP Project environment, and save my work as a JMP Project, the Project log is also cleared when exiting JMP - this is something I really do not want, since I want to keep track of my workflow within project.
What is the improvement you would like to see?
I want to have all my workflow saved forever (until I decide to clear the log myself). This should be an option in the Preferences, to choose whether you want to save log file forever or clear it when exiting JMP. Also, next to this option should be an optional pathway which user can choose where the log file is saved.
Why is this idea important?
To have a track of your past workflow, which is important when reviewing your models and reports.
