What inspired this wish list request?
begin /end data update can be essential to get a fast JSL code.
... or Python code!!!
If there is an error between begin data update() and end data update(), the data table
doesn't get released and interactivity stops.
Same issue when the user forgot the end data update()
What is the improvement you would like to see?
Please add an indicator to the data grid to show when interactivity is disabled because there was a
begin data update without an end data update.
Why is this idea important?
If a data table gets stuck without an end data update(), it feels like a Zombie.
A huge issue for the user, very hard to detect!
Easy to detect and fix - with the new indicator symbol.
