How about adding a ternary plot for 4 mixture factors? Pls see attached example.

Please see attached mixture design example that contains 4 factors and 4 responses, that I made manually.  Currently, when you have 4 mixture factors the ternary plot generates 6 difficult-to-visualize triangles.
