Tabulate using Continuous Modeling Type Columns as Rows

Add the ability to use Continuous Modeling Type columns as Rows in Tabulate when using the Interactive table option such that every value in the column appears as a separate row rather than showing Sum of all rows. This should be done without changing the modeling type for the Continuous Modeling Type columns in the original data table. Currently, the user has to either a) convert columns to Nominal Modeling Type, use Tabulate with these temporarily Modeling Type-changed columns in Drop zone for rows, then convert these columns back to Continuous Modeling Type  OR  b) the user has to use Dialog option selecting Continuous Modeling Type columns as Grouping (row labels).
