Graph builder functionality additions

Hello JMP team,

I'd like to suggest the two following functionality additions to graph builder:

  1. When you are only using the smoother function (Ind points turned off) have the scale change to the range of the smoother lines and not hold the scale of the Ind points
  2. When you use the cross hair tool and have different panes in graph builder window, have the cross hairs extend through all the panes

I did just discover by accident that if you hold down control while using the cross hair tool it does extend through all panes of a chart (and holding alt removes the magnifying glass for anyone following along) so the second suggestion above is no longer needed!
