Fit Model's LSMeans tables of factorial combinations

For factorial combinations (in Fit Model), LSMeans tables (also "Connecting Letter Report" tables) should present level names as separate strings in separate columns. That will allow to alternate group order by sorting these tables by level of one factor ("Level i") or by the second factor ("Level j"), regardless the factors' order in the data table.
