Crosshair tool: right-click to add/remove href/vref lines and copy X or Y to clipboard

I'd like the crosshair tool to offer its coordinates in its right-click menu: Add(Remove) Href(Vref) Line and  Copy X(Y) value. Especially in a scatter plot matrix.
