Allow Log window to be reorganized

JMP's Log is one of its most helpful features. However, I think it would be nice and productive if its position can be customizable. Currently when a user selects the "Show Embedded Log", the log is always snapped to the bottom of the screen. It would be nice to allow the user to dock it where ever the user likes.

Yes, please add a dock-to-right in the prefs. Embedded Log on Right

I use @Craige_Hales solution in
