We consider several factors when looking for what ideas to add to JMP. This includes what will have the greatest benefit to our customers based on scope, needs and current resources. Allow Log or Workbuilder to record steps done with Animation Control

What inspired this wish list request? 

I want to automate the saving of Animated GIF for my dashboard.

Currently, I can click the animation control to play, record & save as animated GIF by using hand.

Log and workbuilder did not record the steps done with animation control (i.e Run > Record > Save as GIF).

 

What is the improvement you would like to see? 

Record step taken in animation control in Log & Workbuilder.

Why is this idea important? 

Currently, 2 weeks to get the correct JSL syntax, just to be able to "Click" play button in the animation control .

Save time (since user would never guess "Run", "Go", "Set", "Click" actually are used differently in JSL).
