What inspired this wish list request?
In a jmpcust file which is used to specify the menu structure in AddIns, one can use the settings insert_before and inser_after to specify the position of a command relative to an anchor position.
unfortunately, .
Therefore the anchor position can just be found for a specify language setting. If the anchor position is not found, the command will not be added to the menu.
What is the improvement you would like to see?
Please provide an alternative way to specify the positon if a command in a menu - e.g. insert_first & insert_last
Why is this idea important?
not important - I tell all my colleagues to switch to the English version.
Nevertheless - the new feature
- will allow to specify the position withon a menu
- AND will guarantee that the command is added independent of the language setting of the JMP installation.
