Add Search text box when I hold alt and click red triangle to show all items to highlight matches

What inspired this wish list request?

JMP Platforms have a lot of different options which are found from red triangle menu. Sometimes I want to see all of them at the same time so I can make multiple selections easily and I can do this already by holding Alt.

What is the improvement you would like to see?

I would like to have Search when I click on the red triangle while holding ALT so I can easily search the list of options. This search/filter should automatically be selected when I open that menu AND I think the options which match the search should be highlighted in similar manner as they are if you search your Preferences.

Why is this idea important?

Makes it easier to find the options you are looking for especially if you wish to change multiple ones.

Current version of JMP doesn't offer this, but I have no idea if it has been implemented in JMP19.

Request isn't for that. It is for the window which opens when you hold Alt and click on the red triangle to make multiple selections easier by either highlighting matches or filtering to just those results.

You need the extra step via "Alt" to get the window with all all items listed?
And then step by step, search for a keyword, change the setting, search for another word, change the setting ...

?
