here's some (2007-vintage . . . ) JSL for constructing one type of wafer map. It's 'Multivariate' because it uses the data filter, and more of a demonstration of JSL than a serious application. But it might be useful nonetheless.

 

Unzip the file, open the Journal file, and use the buttons therein.

I tried to run this script but some how JMP stpped working. Multiple times tried but same issue.

i am runnung JMP13 on Windows.
