If you are downloading JMP using Electronic Software Delivery (ESD), you may receive the error:
Maximum number of downloads for this order has been exceeded. Please contact SAS tech support for further assistance. Refer to software order email for contract information.
The message occurs when there are multiple downloads from the Electronic Software Delivery site. The intent of the service is to provide a download to your company so you can install a copy of the JMP files on an internal server. You can then distribute from your server to the individual licensees. If your individual licensees try to download directly from the JMP Electronic Software Delivery site, you will encounter the error.
