In JMP® software, the Fit Model platform allows you to define contrasts for the least squares means by selecting the option "LSMeans Contrast..." available with categorical effects. If you click the "New Column" button after the first contrast is defined, the first column of coefficients is displayed incorrectly and the 0's corresponding to the new column do not change according to the +/- buttons pressed. The contrasts themselves show up correctly when you click "Done" or "New Column".
