JMP® Clinical 6.1 does not use supplemental domains, by default. To resolve the problem, apply the Hot Fix available here. For domain distribution reports at subject level the option to Merge Supplemental data is now on by default. This affects Distribution reports for the following domains:  AE, Events, Interventions, Findings and Study Visits.
