If you install JMP 15 or a newer version, you might encounter an error message that is similar to the following:
The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) versions of the program, and then contact the software publisher.
This message appears when you are likely running JMP on a 32-bit operating system. JMP 15 and newer installers are 64-bit only, per JMP System Requirements. There are no 32-bit installers.
