The current software administrator can log in at my.jmp.com to submit a change request by following the steps outlined below. Included are screenshots for your reference. A case will be opened and we will respond within one business day.

- Under Authorized User, select Manage
- Select Update Software Administrator
- Complete the form
- Select Next and submit
