How to request a change to your software administrator

The current software administrator can log in at my.jmp.com to submit a change request by following the steps outlined below. Included are screenshots for your reference. A case will be opened and we will respond within one business day.

  1. Administrator logins at my.jmp.com
  2. Select Manage Software
  3. Under Authorized User, select Manage
  4. Select Update Software Administrator
  5. Complete the form
  6. Select Next and submit
