Hotfix for JMP® Clinical Patient profiles

The Hot Fix found here addresses three issues in JMP® Clinical Patient Profiles.

1.  Patient Profile saved in a review cannot be open when in Reviewer Mode only.  The following error may be observed when attempting to open a saved review containing a Patient Profile

JMP ERROR:
Name Unresolved: severityNLev in access or evaluation of 'severityNLev' ,
severityNLev/*###*/

This error is resolved, and reviews can be opened after applying the Hot Fix.

2.  An abnormal reading of the variable may not be appropriately marked with a asterisk.  The Hot Fix corrects this issue.

3.  When creating a custom template the Medical History domain retains the current state or the profiled subject(s) regardless of other customizations made to the template.  The result is when the template is applied to new subjects the results of the Medical History may not show the full medical history.  The Hot Fix corrects this issue.
