Most designs created using the DOE platforms create a script, If the script is saved to the design's data table it is called DOE Dialog. A DOE script is expected to produce the same design each time it is run, and for some design types, this script contains a random seed and/or a number of starts. However, as modifications are made to JMP to improve efficiency in the algorithms used in design construction, it is possible that running a DOE script in a different version of JMP may not generate the same design as is shown in the data table.
Also, for some design types, a DOE script may generate the same design, but with the runs in a different order than the original design data table.
