Control Chart Builder Dispatch commands that were created in JMP® 18 and earlier are incompatible with JMP® 19

In JMP® 19, the underlying syntax for dispatch commands related to the subgroup axis was changed. Consequently, such dispatch commands created in JMP 18 and earlier are incompatible with JMP 19. Running a script with an incompatible dispatch command in JMP 19 produces a "Cannot find ScaleBox" error.

 

There is no workaround for this behavior. A new JSL script containing updated syntax must be generated in JMP 19.
