Yes. Through the Fit Y by X platform, select a continuous Y column and a nominal or ordinal X column. Next, in the output window from the Oneway Analysis pull-down menu, choose Unequal Variances. The following tests are performed: O'Brien[.5], Brown-Forsythe, Levene, and the Bartlett test. If only two groups are present, JMP® also gives the F-Test 2-sided, otherwise called the Folded F-test.
