ActualTech 5.1.12 Oracle ODBC driver causes Invalid Identifier error when importing data.

Issue

ActualTech 5.1.12 ODBC driver does not work well with JMP. When connecting to any Oracle database using this version of the Oracle-specific Actual Technologies driver the following error will be thrown. 

 

[Actual] (Oracle Error (904) - ORA-00904: "T1". "WEIGHT"': invalid identifier

 

Workaround

The workaround is to downgrade to the 5.1.11 version of their driver. This version will pull the data, avoiding this error. This is an Actual Technologies issue, so JMP Support cannot provide an estimated resolution time.
