401 Unauthorized Error Encountered using NTLM Authentication with the AspenTech IP.21 Importer.

Problem:
 
JMP®  installs with LIBCURL, which is used to establish connections to the AspenTech IP.21 Server from JMP. NTLM authentication was not enabled in the affected versions of JMP.
 
Impact:
 
This will affect customers who use NTLM authentication in their AspenTech IP.21 Server environments. It may also impact other server types that rely on NTLM authentication. Using other authentication methods: None, Basic, and Kerberos are not impacted.
