For JMP 14 and earlier, support is only available for cases where JMP does not start or cannot be installed. For JMP 15 and later versions, full support is available, including how to use the software. *1 *2
[JMP Student Edition]
If you are using the JMP Student Edition, technical support is only available for installation, JMP startup, and authorization issues. For information about JMP functionality, please refer to the manual , FAQ, and information in the JMP User Community , or post your questions to the JMP User Community.
[If you purchased a single-user license for JMP]
To receive technical support, you must first register as a user.
Technical support is available for one year from the date of purchase, excluding cases where you are unable to install or launch JMP, or activation-related issues. *1
As of December 2024, all single-user licenses will come with technical support for any issues with launching or activating JMP.
If you would like to receive technical support for more than one year, please consider switching to an annual license.
