As of April 2014, JMP 6 and earlier versions are no longer supported, and only JMP 7.x and later releases are supported.
[If you purchased a single-user license for JMP]
To receive technical support, you must first register as a user.
In addition, technical support is available for one year from the date of purchase, excluding cases where you cannot install or start JMP, or activation-related issues. *1
As of February 2015, this applies to JMP 11.
If you would like to receive technical support for more than one year, please consider switching to an annual license or upgrading to the latest version.
