Discovery Summit Europe starts March 8

We’re excited that Discovery Summit Europe is here! We hope you are, too!

With so much to do and to learn over the course of the event, we want you to be able to make the most of your time.

Attendees can now access to the virtual conference platform. Here are a few things to do before the conference starts 8 March:

• First, be sure that you can log in. Don’t wait until the last minute!
• Upload a photo of yourself, so that other conference attendees can put a face to your name.
• Familiarize yourself with the platform: Add plenary talks, paper and poster presentations, and social events to your schedule so you don’t miss any content.

There’s a lot on the agenda for 8 March, so be sure to add everything you want to see to your schedule.

Here are a few things you won’t want to miss:

• The Joy of Data, a keynote talk by Professor Hannah Fry.
• Unsessions: No agenda here, other than the sharing of knowledge. There’s an unsession for JMP Scripting and one for Predictive Modeling.
• Bright Minds Mingle sessions: Here’s your chance to meet with creative and intellectual people, much like yourself.
• Throughout the conference, you can complete actions within the virtual platform to earn points. The more activities you complete, the more points you earn and the more glory you get. In your event profile, you must check "Show my profile in the community" to be included on the Leaderboard.

Exploration continues 10 March

Discovery Summit continues 10 March with a keynote talk by Founder and Chairman of JMP John Sall.

And you won’t want to miss these happenings:

• New to JMP? Or would you like a quick refresher? Attend Getting Started with JMP. If you can’t make this date, it’s also offered 22 March and 24 March.
• Live paper and poster presentations (on demand papers and posters can be found in the JMP Community).
• Meet the Experts: An opportunity to virtually interact with JMP’s R&D staff. These sessions also take place 22 March and 24 March.
• Birds of a Feather: These sessions bring like-minded people together to discuss big-picture topics or step-by-step best practices. These sessions also take place 22 March and 24 March.
• JMP Cares: Recharge and Refresh at Your Desk.
• A JMP social event: Celebrate Pi Day early with a pie cooking demonstration. Even if you don’t normally celebrate, who doesn’t love an excuse to eat pie?
