Implementation of an automated analysis of immunohistochemistry data
Cerba Research Montpellier meets the needs of its customers by developing immunohistochemistry (IHC) protocols allowing the detection of targets of interest in tissue sections. In the context of clinical trials, these protocols must meet the requirements of the authorities in order to assure the client of the conformity of the results obtained on the precious patient samples.
Faced with the diversity of parameters evaluated, and types of possible evaluation, in the implementation of these custom protocols, the automation of data analysis quickly became a need.
Thanks to various JMP tools, we were able to set up analysis automation allowing us to save time and standardize our protocol performance reports (thanks to the "Dashboard") by including statistical and graphical data. This process, registered as an Add-in, is available to all our users, thus facilitating our procedures.
