Pierre Fabre is the 2nd largest dermo-cosmetics laboratory in the world and the 2nd French private pharmaceutical group. Its Gaillac site ensures the development and production of active plant ingredients for all of the group's activities. A daily scrum takes place every morning and brings together all the actors of the factory. It is a moment of exchange where, among other things, quality issues are discussed through a visual management of deviations.
The health crisis we are going through has disrupted our organizations, our ways of working, our relationships with colleagues. Companies and people have had to reinvent their working methods, with recourse to teleworking, by setting up remote exchange tools for the agility of individuals.
With the help of JMP, we digitized this visual deviation management using simple tools like the Query Builder platform, the Graph Builder and delivery via interactive HTML. We were thus able to continue to carry out our morning routine between those present on site and those present at a distance from the purifications of our excipients.
