In a production process for the manufacture of measuring devices, there is a check of a large number of specified sub-measuring systems at the end. At a
the final force measurements resulted in a very large number of off-spec values. The reason for this could be found very quickly. A component
is manufactured as a polymer injection molding. The shape constancy was too bad. This talk will share how we found out how
a good injection molded part has to look like.
