un-highlighting rows in reports

Hello, I have this difficulty often - if I double-click in a report table, e.g. to change the number of decimal places, it highlights the row.  I can't figure out how to remove the highlight.  When I copy the table and paste it into a report, the row is still highlighted, and then some people think I'm calling attention to that row.

Suggestions for removing the highlight?  thanks

To deselect, click on the row(s) again whilst pressing the CTRL key.

Re: un-highlighting rows in reports

If I understand your issue correctly, you can actually just hit the escape key on your keyboard and that will remove the highlights.  There are also areas of the data table you can click on (upper left corner) or on each triangle in the upper left corner separately to highlight or not the columns or the rows.
