produce UK map shape

I have JMP 14. I am not able to produce UK map shape in JMP. Is there a format issue with the map shape column, "ITL subregion name" I am using below?

Are you sure that the Borough names are part of the UK map provided by JMP?
If you have different Names (Boroughs/regions) you have to install the appropriate map first.

"Camden" should show up but "Camden and City of London" not

Did you check the map file in the installation directory?
