problem with colors for the capability

I use JMP 16.2.0.

First, I have the colors inside the table like this:

but if I change the format of the numbers, the colors disappear like this:

How can I retreive the colors?

What are you doing to change the format of the table?  When I double click on a column and then change the format in the popup dialog box, the colors do not change.  I am running on a Windows Box, running JMP 16.2

I've changed the format for all columns.

I can not replicate your findings.  When I select All Columns, it colors all columns.

Can you take me through, step by step on what you are doing to change all column formats?

If I double click or right click on a non colored column and then select All Columns, the color goes away.  However, if I make the selection from one of the colored columns, then whatever columns I change have the color associated with the columns.
