change the reference group in a categorical variable

How do you change the reference group in a categorical variable in JMP for a regression analysis?

Thank you

Re: change the reference group in a categorical variable

The reference level is generally the last level. The order is by default alphanumerical. There are a few common exceptions. You can over-ride the order by adding the Value Order column property and defining the order you want to use.
