Is there a way I could zoom in the Y axis for multiple plots at once

I'm having a hard time reproducing anything that looks like what you've got with JMP 15.

Can you share the steps you went through to get your graph?

In the meantime, you can try adjusting one of the axis to the range you would like and then right click on the axis and choose Copy Axis Settings.

Then, hold down the Ctrl key (Cmd key on the Mac) and right click on the axis again and choose Paste Axis Settings.

This will broadcast the axis settings to all the axes.
