Why don't I get the All Levels Comparison report in MaxDiff?

I have survey results using the MaxDiff design from a popular platform.  The results below were directly downloaded from the platform as a csv file.

From the tutorial, the output of the All Level Comparison report is a heat map.  Why am I getting the below? And for that matter, why am I not getting a proper report?

NB: I have 300+ subjects, 18 choice sets with 5 choices per set, 27000+ rows.  I used Hierarchical Bayes method.

I appreciate any help!
