Is it possible when conducting a logistic regression to get the odds ratio calculated in units of 1 change in standard deviation instead of a unit change?

If I am understanding your question correctly, you would need to standardize your input variable(s).

You can multiply the unit odds ratio by the standard deviation of the predictor.
